Course Outline

Scrum Simulation

This session focuses on a simulation of Scrum by doing Scrum. The class is run as a Scrum project, and throughout the day teams will form, develop goals, build backlogs, and sprint multiple times as they learn not only what Scrum is, but get first hand experience in doing it and understanding why it works.

Participants interact with others to share experiences and practice teaching others what they are learning.
