Class hours
Hours vary by course, but day classes typically run from 8:30am to 4:30pm EST and evening classes run 6:00pm to 9:00pm EST.

Course fees
Course fees vary by program and are subject to change. Corporate Education Group reserves the right to change program fees without notice. The course fee includes a complete materials package.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are nationally recognized standard units of measurement earned for satisfactory completion of qualified programs of continuing education.
Participants of Corporate Education Group courses will be awarded 0.1 CEU for each course hour completed. If you need more information about CEUs, call 1.800.288.7246 (US Only) or +1.978.649.8200.

Professional Development Units (PDUs)
Professional Development Units (PDUs) can be issued by PMI® for formal learning activities related to project management. Our vendor number with PMI® is 1011. Project Management Professionals (PMPs®) are required to earn a minimum of 60 PDUs every 3 years to maintain certification. For more information about this program go to the www.pmi.org

Continuing Development Units (CDUs)
Participants will need to complete the Continuing Development Units (CDU) reporting form on IIBA® website: http://www.iiba.org/Certification-Recognition/CBAP-Designation/cbap-recertification.aspx
You will need the following information:
- CEG IEP Number: E47900
- Activity: Course title and description, and grade achieved.
- Start and End Dates: (DD/MM/YYYY)
CBAP® CDUs can be issued by IIBA for formal learning activities related to business analysis. In order to satisfy the recertification requirements and maintain an active status, CBAP® recipients must earn and report a minimum of 60 Continuing Development Units during each three-year cycle. A CDU is the measuring unit used to quantify approved learning and professional service activities. One hour of classroom/contact time is equal to one hour of Continuing Development.

Payment Policy
Payment is due before the first day of the class. Your seat is not confirmed until payment is received. Payment may be made by check or credit card.
Checks should be made payable to the Corporate Education Group and mailed to us at: 300 Brickstone Square – Suite 201 • Andover, MA 01810 USA.
If you are making payment by credit card, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards are accepted. Please Note: Your credit card will be charged approximately two weeks prior to class start. Your receipt will be mailed to you when the credit card has been charged.
If you reserved your seat with a purchase order from your employer or sponsor, payment must be received within 30 days of the class date, or it may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month. Accounts sent to collection will be subject to any and all collection fees.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your course for any reason, we will give you a full refund of the tuition, minus the cost of any materials not returned in their original condition. Written notification of your decision to cancel must be received by the end of the first day for daytime classes, or the end of the second evening for evening classes, to qualify for a full refund.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations (which occur prior to the beginning of a program or course) and withdrawals (which occur after the beginning of a program or course) should be made in writing to the CEG Registration Department. Refunds for cancellations or withdrawals from instructor-led classroom-based or virtual programs will be made to REGISTRANT on a per course basis in accordance with the following refund schedule:
- If REGISTRANT cancels more than 14 calendar days prior to the Start Date, CEG will refund all monies paid.
- If REGISTRANT cancels between 14 and 7 calendar days prior to the Start Date, CEG will retain 25% of the course cost.
- If REGISTRANT cancels less than 7 calendar days prior to the Start Date, CEG will retain an amount equal to 50% of the course cost.
- If REGISTRANT withdraws after their Start Date, but prior to the midpoint of the program’s scheduled hours, CEG will retain an amount equal to 75% of the course cost.
- If REGISTRANT withdraws at or after the midpoint of the program’s scheduled hours, CEG will retain 100% of the course cost.
Refunds for cancellations or withdrawals from asynchronous (self-paced) online programs will be made to REGISTRANT on a per program basis in accordance with the following refund schedule:
- If REGISTRANT cancels within 3 calendar days of having received his or her login and password and has not yet logged into the program, CEG will refund all monies paid.
- If REGISTRANT cancels within 3 calendar days of having received his or her login and password and already has logged into the program, CEG will retain an amount equal to 50% of the course cost.
- If REGISTRANT cancels 4 or more calendar days after having received his or her login and password, but prior to accessing 50% of the courses in the program or 50% of the modules in a course, CEG will retain an amount equal to 90% of the course cost.
Notwithstanding the foregoing refund schedules, if REGISTRANT cancels this Registration Agreement within three (3) business days of its execution, exclusive of Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, he or she will receive a full refund of all monies paid to CEG, provided such cancellation occurs prior to the Start Date. Refunds will be made within 30 days after CEG determines that a registrant has cancelled or withdrawn.
If REGISTRANT cancels or withdraws as a result of being called into active duty in a military service of the United States, he or she will receive a refund of any tuition and refundable fees for the course in which REGISTRANT is enrolled at the time of withdrawal. No refund will be given for any course REGISTRANT has completed.

Classroom Policies
To receive continuing education units and PDUs, students must attend the entire course. Casual business dress is appropriate for all courses. Audio recording and videotaping are prohibited. Students must complete at least 90% of the seminar to receive a completion certificate.

Grade Requirement
If you require a letter grade for your participation, you must request the grade from your training consultant, in writing, at least 5 days prior to the beginning of your class. Grades will be based on the instructor’s assessment of the following criteria:
- Participation in class, including all discussions and question and answer sessions.
- Completion of all class exercises, case studies, and individual work.
- Where applicable, grades on quizzes.

To request a transcript, please submit your request to info@corpedgroup.com or fax via 1-978-649-8101. Please make sure the following information is included in your request:
- Full name, including any former names
- Current address and address during time of course attendance if different
- Dates of attendance
- Daytime phone number
- Contact name and complete address(es) of transcript or verification destination(s)
- Any additional notes specific to request (e.g. official sealed transcript required; fax or email acceptable)
- Signed release form from student
- Program or Course Name
- Participation in class, including all discussions and question and answer sessions.
Complete requests will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
