You will also learn how to utilize tools and techniques to demonstrate presence and build trust, create a development plan that aligns your strengths with your organization’s needed skillsets, and articulate your unique value in a compelling personal brand statement.

Before the Program
DiSC Behavioral Assessment (30 min)
Learning Session 1: Intentional Communication (3 hours)
Communication is the foundation skillset from which all other interpersonal skills build. In this session, we will use the DiSC® framework to explore how your personality impacts your communication preferences. We’ll investigate the priorities, stressors, and motivators that map to various DiSC styles, giving you insight into how to better communicate and connect with others.

You’ll also learn how increasing your emotional intelligence will enhance your credibility as well as your team’s performance.

You’ll learn how to articulate your unique value proposition and capture it in a personal brand statement.
