The next-new-normal of hybrid work has arrived, with a unique set of competencies required to navigate the intricacies of hybrid team dynamics. While some challenges presented by hybrid work are structurally inevitable, the benefits are exponential for those who equip themselves to navigate these brand new waters.

This interactive session is designed for team members who want to optimize their visibility, access to resources, and career opportunities regardless of the model they are following. We’ll explore the importance of self-advocacy and ways to take initiative in building relationships, setting clear expectations, and asking for resources and support. We will also brainstorm responses to real-life scenarios involving hybrid work challenges.
