Creating an Innovation Culture

A culture of innovation is an environment that fosters and encourages creativity and new ideas. To be successful in nurturing the creative potential of employees, the right climate, systems, and structures must be in place. This session defines and promotes an innovation mindset guiding participants on creating an innovation culture in the work environment that fosters and encourages creativity, risk taking, and new ideas and work approaches.
