How to Improve Your Project Results Using Emotional Intelligence

How do you measure emotional intelligence? In this course, participants will learn to harness emotional intelligence (EI) by identifying, understanding, and managing their own emotions to improve the project environment and project results. Participants will gain valuable insight to improve their own abilities to assess and control their emotions as well as those of other project team members and project stakeholders. Individual exercises combined with interactive group discussions, team workshops, and role-play will offer participants dynamic opportunities to leverage and increase their personal EI.
