Client’s Situation

As BioPharma Company began its growth trajectory, there was a need to provide training options for targeted teams around specific topics, as well as the need to identify a training partner with a broad range of content that could be made available to employees through regularly scheduled, private open-entraining course offerings. When BioPharma Company achieved product success resulting in rapid growth, the Company sought support to begin to develop and implement a broader learning strategy for is expanding employee base, increasingly situated in global locations.

CEG Solution

Since 2015, CEG has been an active partner to BioPharma Company. During the Company’s early growth stage, CEG provided a broad range of learning content in the following areas:

• PMP Prep courses to prepare employees to sit for the PMP exam.
• Lean Six Sigma courses delivered to targeted teams of BioPharma Company’s employees.
• A variety of Leadership and Management skills training, including, among many others, courses on the following topics:
  • Influencing with Impact
  • The Art of Influencing Up
  • Techniques for Successful Presentations
  • Cornerstones of Management

More recently, BioPharma Company has approached CEG to collaborate with it in accelerating execution on their enterprise learning strategy, which involves rapid development and deployment of leadership training content with course deliveries on a global scale. With deliveries in North America, APAC, and EMEA, BioPharm Company and CEG focused the initial roll-out of this initiative on topics deemed critical to the Company:

• Giving High-Impact Feedback

Results

• With the latest initiative, CEG has delivered 50 courses year to date to over 750 participants in both virtual and in-person classrooms.
• CEG continues to meet client training requirements for intact teams and through open-enrollment programs.
• Programs have been delivered to North American, APAC, and EMEA audiences.
• CEG and Company are collaborating regarding next stage content and deliveries as part of the broader Company learning strategy.
